Southam Tech Support was founded to address the growing realisation that many people, particularly our older generations, struggle to securely access digital services and benefits. This challenge has intensified as service providers increasingly transition to online platforms, replacing traditional face-to-face and telephone communication.

Additionally, devices that were once simple to connect and configure, such as TVs, music systems, and traditional telephones, have evolved into 'Smart' devices. These internet enabled devices often require complex setup procedures, including crucial security and privacy settings. They may also necessitate the installation and registration of individual applications for each service from different providers.

As a result, many users find themselves unable or anxious to utilize these essential services. Even worse, they may navigate the internet without the necessary knowledge or support to protect themselves from common online threats.

Our mission is to bridge this knowledge gap by offering a wide range of honest, reasonably priced, and reliable technology services and assistance to our community. We provide a combination of in-person home visits and ongoing aftercare support via telephone, email, and online remote support sessions.
